Take part in research
Help us make a difference!
The Autism Research & Innovation Centre at the University of Lincoln carries out research studies into Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). We investigate many different aspects, including sensory perception, cognition, mental health, family functioning, educational approaches and diagnosis. Volunteers are always welcome to participate in our studies. If you are interested in finding out more about our research please contact us.
Can I participate?
We are recruiting children and adults with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum, or parents / guardians of children under 16 years of age with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Please note that only people with a formal diagnosis are eligible to participate.
What do I have to do?
We conduct many different types of research studies. For example, some studies require participants to fill out questionnaires and/or complete computer-based tasks and/or interact with animals. For detailed information regarding specific studies please see our Research page. Any information you provide will be entirely confidential and will only be used by researchers at the ARIC. You will be able to withdraw from the study at any time and your details will be removed from our volunteer database.
